Welcome to Care-a-thon 2012. This
is the time we ask listeners to make a yearly faith
promise of support for this radio ministry.
Christian FM is a not-for-profit
broadcast ministry.
We depend upon your support. Your response to this Care-a-thon determines
our ability to continue broadcasting.
Christian FM makes a difference.
Our audience is growing and many of our listeners
have never attended a church. People who felt
awkward or were fearful of visiting a church are
tuning into Christian FM.
Many are finding that
Christian FM makes an amazing difference in loved
ones’ hearts. Here’s an example:
“My husband would never come with me or let me
take the kids when I started attending church,
saying he didn't believe in "organized religion,"
but he was fine
with me keeping Christian FM on in the home and car.
It took a
while, but he finally had a moment when the words of
the song "Lead Me" just hit him, and he started to
cry. He announced,
"Next
week, we are ALL going to church."
God has been
good to transform our home."
For other listeners, Christian FM is a
lifeline:
"...the
only way I knew I could escape my shame was
suicide. But as I drove along, something made me
turn on the radio. I will always remember the words
sung the exact moment I turned it on. In a matter of
seconds, for the first time I KNEW there was a God,
I knew he cared, and it made all the difference."
